Indication: Pain - Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Shape: One Y-strip, One I-strip
Applying Position: Sitting
Flex the wrist back to stretch the muscle. Apply the strip with a moderate stretch on the arm towards the elbow.
Smooth down the strips firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.
Place the arm on a flat surface. Apply the legs of a Y-strip on the palm of the hand as shown.

Place one end of an I-strip in the centre of the wrist on the thumb side at a slight angle as shown.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.
Place the arm on a flat surface with palm facing up.
