Frozen Shoulder Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Frozen Shoulder
Shape: Two Y-strips, Two I-strips
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
Sit or stand in an upright position with arms to the side. Apply a Y-strip with the fork on the bottom of the shoulder muscle on the front of the arm.
Raise the arm to a horizontal position and place the hand on the opposite shoulder. Apply the outer leg of the Y-strip around the shoulder muscle with a slight stretch.
Smooth down the strips firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.
Sit or stand in an upright position with arms to the side. Apply a Y-strip with the fork on the bottom of the shoulder muscle on the front of the arm.

Indication: Pain - Frozen Shoulder / Shoulder Bursitis / Rotator Cuff Infury
Shape: Two I-strips
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
Sit or stand in an upright position. Apply one end of an I-strip to where the collarbone meets the shoulder.
Pull the other end of the strip across the front of the shoulder with a moderate stretch, to a point at the bottom of the muscle.
Smooth down the strips firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.

Pectoral Muscle Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Pectoral Muscle
Shape: One Y-strip
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
Sit or stand in an upright position. Apply a Y-strip with the fork at the centre of the top of the shoulder.
Lift the arm up and move it backwards with the palm facing upwards. Apply the outer leg of the Y-strip following the profile of the pectoral muscle.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.

Shoulder Joint Support
Indication: Instability - Shoulder Joint
Shape: Two I-strips
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
Sit or stand in an upright position.
Apply an I-strip over the top of the shoulder with maximum stretch as shown. Note that maximum stretch only applies to the center of the strip.
Smooth down the strips firmly to complete. The Orange portion indicates maximum stretch of the strip.

Shoulder Swelling Relief
Indication: Swelling - Shoulder
Shape: Two Octopus-strips
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
In a sitting or standing position, apply the base of an Octopus-strip at the centre of the pectoral muscle, with the fingers of the strip pointing towards the back of the shoulder. Apply the fingers of the Octopus-strip without stretch. Position two over the top of the shoulder and two around the side of the shoulder.
Apply the base of the second Octopus-strip on the shoulder blade with the fingers of the strip pointing towards the shoulder. Tip: support your elbow with the other arm while applying.
Smooth all the fingers of the strips down firmly to complete. Note that the fingers of the strips should cover the entire area of swelling.
