Shape: One Y-strip

Applying Position: Sitting

Place the arm on a flat surface. Identify the pain point.

Apply a Y-strip so that the pain point is at the fork of the strip, not on the pain point itself.

Bring the ends together and smooth down the strip firmly to complete.

Shape: One Double Octopus-strip

Applying Position: Sitting / Standing

Place the arm horizontally at shoulder level with the elbow at a right angle. Keep the muscles relaxed.

Apply a Double Octopus-strip over the elbow without stretch.

Smooth down all strips firmly to complete.

Indication: Pain - Golfer’s Elbow / Tennis Elbow

Shape: One I-strip  

Applying Position: Sitting

Place the arm on a flat surface with the elbow slightly bent.

Apply an I-strip on the upper side of the arm from just below the elbow towards the wrist.

Smooth down the strip firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.
