 Taping Directions:

  • Indication: Hyper-extention of Knee
  • Shape: Two I-strips
  • Body Position: Lying, face down

Acti-Tape Step by Step Instructions: Knee Hyper-extention Restriction


  • Lie in a face down position.


  • Apply the ends of two I-strips, one on each side of the leg, at the top of the calf as shown.


  • Bend the knee. Reapply the strips with a slight stretch towards the back of the thigh.


  • Straighten the leg. Smooth down the strips firmly to complete.
