Neck Tilting Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Neck
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
Shape: One Y-strip, One I-strip
Sit or stand in an upright position with the shoulders level and the neck straight. Apply a Y-strip with the fork of the strip in the center of the back, level with the shoulders.
Tilt the head forward and rotate it to one side. Apply the opposite leg of the strip onto the neck without stretch. Repeat on the other side.
Smooth down the strips firmly to complete. The Orange portion indicates maximum stretch of the strip.

Neck Rotation Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Neck
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
Shape: One Y-strip
In a sitting or standing position, hold the neck straight and apply the base of a Y-strip on the muscle just below the ear with the legs of the Y-strip pointing towards the collarbone.
Gently tilt the head away and rotate slightly to lift the chin.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.

Neck Rotation Support / Pain Relief (Self-Taping)
Indication: Pain - Neck
Applying Position: Sitting / Standing
Shape: One I-strip
In a sitting or standing position, apply one end of an I-strip to the muscle just below the ear.
Tilt the head away from the application side and lift the chin slightly.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.
