Thigh Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Inner Thigh, Abductor Muscle
Shape: Three I-strips
Body Position: Sitting / Lying
In a sitting or lying position, hang the leg over the side of a bed. Apply an I-strip on the inside of the knee towards the inside of the thigh.
Apply the second I-strip on the inside of the knee towards the front of the thigh, overlapping the end of the first strip as shown. Pick up the two strips at the top of the thigh and reapply with a slight stretch onto the thigh.
Smooth down all strips firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.
In a sitting or lying position, hang the leg over the side of a bed. Apply an I-strip on the inside of the knee towards the inside of the thigh.
Hamstring Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain / Instability - Hamstring
Shape: One Y-strip
Body Position: Standing
In a standing position, lean the upper body forward slightly.
Apply a Y-strip with the legs of the strip on either side of the back of the knee.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.
In a standing position, lean the upper body forward slightly.
Outer Thigh Muscle Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Tensor Fasciae Lata
Shape: One Y-strip
Body Position: Standing
In a standing position, apply a Y-strip upwards along the outside of the thigh, with the base below the knee as shown.
Move the leg backwards, turning it slightly inwards.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.

Quadriceps Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Quadriceps
Shape: Three I-strips
Body Position: Standing
Prepare three I-strips of different lengths. In a standing position, apply the medium length I-strip along the centre of the thigh, with one end just above the centre of the knee.
Apply the short I-strip along the inside of the thigh, with one end just above the centre of the knee, overlapping the end of the first strip. Apply the longest I-strip overlapping the ends of the first two strips and along the outside of the thigh as shown.
Smooth down all strips firmly to complete.
Prepare three I-strips of different lengths. In a standing position, apply the medium length I-strip along the centre of the thigh, with one end just above the centre of the knee.
Thigh Swelling Relief
Indication: Swelling - Thigh
Shape: Two Octopus-strips
Body Position: Standing
In a standing position, apply the base of an Octopus-strip in the center of the thigh approximately 1cm down from the groin, with the fingers of the strip pointing slightly towards the inside of the thigh.
Apply the base of the second Octopus-strip overlapping the base of the first strip with fingers pointing slightly towards the outside of the thigh.
Smooth down all the fingers of the strips firmly to complete. Note that the fingers of the strips should cover the entire area of swelling.
In a standing position, apply the base of an Octopus-strip in the center of the thigh approximately 1cm down from the groin, with the fingers of the strip pointing slightly towards the inside of the thigh.
