Knee Support / ACL Pain Relief
Indication: Pain / Instability - Knee
Shape: One I-strip
Body Position: Sitting / Lying
In a sitting or lying position, bend the knee at a right angle. Locate the base of the kneecap.
Apply an I-strip with maximum stretch, taking both ends of the strip up the leg towards the thigh.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete. The Orange portion indicates maximum stretch of the strip.

Indication: Pain / Instability - Kneecap / Patella / ACL
Shape: One I-strip
Body Position: Sitting
In a sitting position, bend the knee at a right angle.
Position one end of an I-strip on the inside of the knee.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete. The Orange portion indicates maximum stretch of the strip.

Popliteus Tension Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Back of Knee
Shape: One I-strip
Body Position: Lying, facing down
Lie in a face down position.
Position one end of an I-strip on the outside of the knee at the bottom of the thigh.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate strech of the strip.

Collateral Ligament Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain / Instability - Collateral Ligament
Shape: Three I-strips
Body Position: Lying
In a lying position, raise the knee slightly with a towel under the calf. Apply an I-strip on the side of the leg from above the kneecap downwards without stretch.
Apply the second I-strip downwards at a diagonal across the side of the kneecap with a moderate stretch.
Smooth down all strips firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.
In a lying position, raise the knee slightly with a towel under the calf. Apply an I-strip on the side of the leg from above the kneecap downwards without stretch.
Plica Tension Support / Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Back of Knee / Plica Syndrome
Shape: One X-strip
Body Position: Lying, facing down
Lie in a face down position. Place the center of an X-strip with a slight stretch in the middle of the underside of the knee.
Apply the lower pair of legs of the strip with a slight stretch around the top of the calf.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.
Lie in a face down position. Place the center of an X-strip with a slight stretch in the middle of the underside of the knee.
Knee Hyper-extention Restriction
Indication: Hyper-extention of Knee
Shape: Two I-strips
Body Position: Lying, face down
Lie in a face down position.
Apply the ends of two I-strips, one on each side of the leg, at the top of the calf as shown.
Straighten the leg. Smooth down the strips firmly to complete.

Kneecap Support
Indication: Instability - Kneecap
Shape: One Y-strip
Body Position: Sitting / Lying

In a sitting or lying position, bend the knee slightly. Apply the base of a Y-strip on the outside of the leg with the fork just below the kneecap.
Apply the two legs of the strip with a moderate stretch around the kneecap.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.
