Sciatic Pain Relief
Indication: Pain - Sciatic Pain
Shape: One I-strip
Body Position: Lying on the side
Lying on the side with knees slightly bent, apply one end of an I-strip underneath the arch of the foot.
Lift the leg and position the foot at a right angle. Apply the strip onto the ankle.

Body Position: Lying
In a lying position, apply an I-strip on the inside of the thigh and up to the abdomen.
Take care to avoid creasing underneath garments.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.

Body Position: Lying on the side
Lying on the side, apply a Y-strip so that the pain point is at the fork of the strip.
Apply the legs of the Y-strip with a slight stretch around the area of pain.
Smooth down the strip firmly to complete.

Shape: Two Y-strips
Body Position: Lying on the side
Lying on the side, identify the pain point.
Apply a Y-strip so that the pain point is at the fork of the strip. Apply the legs of the strip with a slight stretch towards the front of the hip.
Smooth down the strips firmly to complete. The yellow portion indicates moderate stretch of the strip.

Hip Swelling Relief
Indication: Swelling - Hip
Shape: Two Octopus-strips
Body Position: Lying on the side
Lying on the side, apply an Octopus-strip across the hip with the fingers of the strip towards the back as shown.
Apply the fingers of the strip one by one without stretch.
Smooth down all the fingers of the strips firmly to complete. Note that the fingers of the strips should cover the entire area of swelling.
